Post job-loss adjustment counselling. We monitor and guide such individuals until re-engagement as either self-employed or employed by others.
Planned Job-exit counselling for those locked up in toxic work place at minimal fee
Corporate Adjustment Advisory Services in the areas in the following areas at minimal fee.
- Employee down-sizing decisions and plans
- Staff welfare/discipline decisions
