Augustine Ehijeagbon Akhidime, is a full professor of Accounting with research and lecturing interests in Corporate financial security and integrity (Financial Statement Audit, Forensic/Fraud investigation,) Public financial management and Corporate governance). He has over twenty seven (27) years’ experience as a lecturer at undergraduate and graduate levels in Nigerian Universities and has authored two (2) books, one in Research Methodology and the other on Corporate Governance. He had full time career in the industry where he occupied the positions of Company Accountant, Senior Manager,(Corporate services), Assistant General Manager (Finance and Administration) and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
His employment in the industry was followed by 15 years’ full time self- employment as practicing public Auditor, Accountant and Tax Consultant, as well as Management and Human Resource Training/ Development Consultant.
These experiences equipped him to presently offer consultancy services from board level down the line on strategic corporate management, leadership, HR and financial management and control.
